Common questions

Do you cover the whole island?

Yes. We work across Ibiza, for both installations and emergency call-outs.

Do you work with property managers as well as owners?

Yes. Most villa work is arranged by whoever looks after the property day to day, and we are used to reporting back to both.

How do I get a quote?

Send a message through the contact form, or email info@voltairibiza.com, describing the property and the work. For installations we visit before quoting — an electrical or air conditioning plan cannot be priced properly from a description.

How do I reach you, and what should I include?

Through the contact form or at info@voltairibiza.com. Say which property it is, how to reach it, what has failed and whether anyone is staying there. A photo of the board or the unit, sent by email, helps more than a long description.
